Sitting Meditation (Mondays at 6:30 PM)

Whether to bring some peace to a hectic life or to more deeply cultivate our natural compassion and understanding, everyone is welcome. Meditation led by Kate Wilson, who has twelve years of experience in Zen based meditation.

Members should bring a cushion, mat, and warm blanket. Relaxed clothes recommended.

ETown Vocal Music Society  Lessons (payment required)

Interested in learning how to sing better with professional voice coaches? We warmly invite you to develop the vocalist within you! Youth, ages 12 - 18, can drop-in on Thursday nights at 6 PM, to check out the program.

Eastwood members will receive a 50% discount for the class, and Eastwood youth will be eligible for a full scholarship. Register for the program at

ETown Augmented (for Adults): Thursdays, 7:00 to 9:30  PM

Ice Rink Skating

Enjoy skating? Come out and enjoy our staffed, full-size  outdoor boarded hockey rink with your friends and family! Parent supervision is required. The rink is scheduled to open in mid November, but is dependant on weather. Rink is closed if temperature reaches  -23⁰ C

The Government of Alberta has moved into Stage 2 of the COVID-19 response. Community halls are now able to re-open, however restrictions are still in place. We will be asking patrons to follow COVID-19 guidelines set by the government, including social distancing and limited group sizes.

Families Helping Families

This campaign, led by Arts on the Ave, helps provide groceries to families in need. Arts on the Ave is currently in need of 20 volunteer families to provide groceries to recipient families. If you are interested in becoming a volunteer family, email to register.
